EMIS Coordinator
EMIS Coordinator District: Swanton Local School DistrictDeadline: January 14, 2026 School Year: 2025-2026 Minimum Qualifications: 1.High school diploma or GED. Advanced secretarial skills and ability to implement principles of office administration. 2.Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.3.Communication skills being the liaison between state mandated data/school funding reporting and school personnel. Coordinates the effective collection, analysis, maintenance and reporting of district data.
4.Serves as a district intermediary for the state data acquisition site. Communicates updated information and trains district staff responsible for data collection/processing. 5.Monitors compliance with state guidelines. Maintains required records (e.g., pupil demographics, academic courses, student testing information, attendance, etc.). 6.Corrects errors and helps resolve problems encountered by staff. 7.Processes open enrollment applications, mails notices and maintains records. 8.In charge of district enrollments.9.Coordinates the transfer of data between district buildings and the state data acquisition site. 10.Checks completed work frequently to ensure compliance with state and district specifications. 11.Provides technical support for student scheduling activities. 12.Assists with district testing program with the district test coordinator.13.Proficiency in the use of technology, with experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and related productivity tools.14.Ability to work with a wide variety of staff and students towards a common vision in various building settings15.Display flexibility, reliability, self-discipline, and a willingness to work through challenging tasks. 16.Embodies high ethical standards/integrity.
