About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the face of Molly’s Cupcakes. You set the tone from the moment guests walk through the door—greeting them warmly, helping them discover their new favorite cupcake, and celebrating their special moments right alongside them.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a team that’s fun, supportive, and passionate about desserts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, enthusiastic, and attentive customer service
• Create a memorable guest experience through conversation, excitement, and authentic kindness
• Share knowledge of our handcrafted cupcakes, cakes, and rotating dessert selections
• Operate the POS/register with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked retail and display area
• Assist with opening and closing tasks
• Support a positive team environment by communicating clearly and helping wherever needed
• Represent the Molly’s Cupcakes brand with pride, positivity, and integrity

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• A genuine love for desserts and helping people make memories
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable and able to work weekends/holidays
• Previous retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus
