Dental Assistant (DA) / Digital Lab Technician (Milling) – Part-Time or Full-Time
$26–$28/hour + Medical, PTO, 401(k) with 6% Match & More!

Our award-winning dental practice in Rocky River, OH is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant / Digital Lab Technician (Milling) to join our exceptional team. Schedule

Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Office Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do

Dental Assisting Duties:

• Provide chairside assistance and support RDH during hygiene procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for care
• Take digital X-rays and assist with patient care
• Ensure a positive patient experience

Dental Milling:

• Operate dental milling machines to fabricate restorations
• Support same-day crown and restoration workflows
• Maintain and troubleshoot milling equipment as needed
• Ensure high-quality fit, finish, and esthetics of restorations

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required
• Dental milling experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Experience with CEREC, Amann Girrbach, or similar milling systems is a plus
• Strong computer skills required
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred
• Digital scanning experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for dentistry and creating high-quality patient outcomes
