Field Support Coordinator
FIELD SUPPORT COORDINATOR
JOB PURPOSE
The responsibility of a Field Support Coordinator is to oversee the warehouse and yard, facilitating a variety of administrative and order processing tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates the yard and warehouse personnel
- Receives, processes, and follows up on project orders from jobsites
- Supports the Field Support Superintendent with administrative tasks as required
- Verifies and reviews jobsite order processing
- Ensures supplies are shipped to the appropriate project
- Efficiently processes delivery permits
- Maintains a positive and customer-oriented approach
- Assists in trucking dispatch
- Operates forklift and other material handling equipment
- Manages a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required Competencies
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive, self-motivated, problem-solver
- Ability to prioritize and remain flexible
- Ability to work independently, as well as on teams
- Education/Experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work safety around moving machinery
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from ground level to waist level and 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift
- Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s
- Ability to work in changing climates, including hot, humid, cold, wet seasons
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Position requires acceptable corrected vision
