Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour

Benefits: Flexible Scheduling, 401K with up to 3% matching

Location : Beavercreek, OH

Positions:

Night Shift (9pm - 7am) Sunday-Saturday, Dayshift (7am-4pm)

**Schedules are flexible and can be created to what best fits the needs of both the patients and the nurses)**

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care
• Monitor patient conditions and update care team accordingly
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families
• Ability to work independently with professional judgment
