Job Description

Maintenance Technicians will perform a variety of tasks associated with troubleshooting, repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This position will receive assignments from both the Maintenance Manager and the Plant Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Remove, repair, install, and adjust all parts on plant machinery.
• Identify and assess machine problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and procedures on equipment.
• Manufacture simple parts as necessary to repair existing machinery and install new machinery.
• Identify, assess, and troubleshoot machinery issues.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Experience working with 24, 120, 240, and 480v systems.
• Proficiency in electronics 12VDC-460 VAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls.
