O’Rourke Sales is interviewing for a Warehouse Associate position at our corporate office in Davenport, Iowa.

POSITION LEVEL:
- Entry level to Experienced.
POSITION TYPE :
- Full Time 1st Shift– Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 (start/end time may vary). Overtime may be required.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Under supervision of the Warehouse Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting the efforts of our shipping department by picking and packing product and other warehouse assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing product
- Pulling and packing orders
- Processing shipping labels
- Inventory checks
- Warehouse cleaning
- Office and janitorial cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic to include a self-starter approach.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Basic computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and professional attitude
- Ability to foster appropriate working relationships with co-workers and Management.
- Forklift experience a plus
- Clamp truck experience a plus
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- RF scanner experience a plus
EDUCATION REQUIRED :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
