Licensed Counselor/ Therapist Position

Progress | Professional Counseling Associates is a private clinical counseling practice with offices in Lima and Wapakoneta, Ohio, seeking Licensed Counselors and Social Workers to join our growing team of passionate and experienced professionals who consistently strive for excellence in service. Clinicians will perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based treatment serving individuals, couples, and families.

Candidate qualifications:

Align with agency mission, vision, and values.

Minimum of a Master’s Degree in clinical counseling, social work, or related field

Active, unrestricted license, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S), Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S).

Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting

Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning and execution

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities

Commitment to delivering compassionate, values-driven, and patient-centered care

Available Positions:
