What You'll Do: You'll run the day-to-day operations of our Perrysburgbranchleading a crew, keeping things running smoothly, and driving results across our service and parts departments. Here's a snapshot: Lead and mentor a high-performing team (techs, parts staff, yard crew) Own scheduling, quality control, machine readiness, and on-time delivery Drive performance to meet sales and profit goals Keep safety, compliance, and cleanliness (5S) top of mind Team up with sales, rental, and product support for seamless customer experiences Keep tools, equipment, and documentation organized and ready to go Handle performance reviews and help your team grow You'll Crush This Role If You Have: 6+ years leading teams in operations, service, or parts (construction/industrial equipment experience is a plus) Confidence in managing budgets, margins, and metrics A passion for developing people and improving processes Strong communication skillsyou connect with everyone from frontline techs to leadership A hands-on mindsetyou don't just lead from a desk Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the shop floor Education: High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred Why Join Us?
