Administrative Support – Revenue Operations
This is a strictly administrative position providing support to the Revenue Operations Manager. The role is responsible for managing and supporting billing processes across nine active contracts, with monthly bill-outs completed at the beginning of each month.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Revenue Operations Manager
Manage billing support for nine contracts with recurring monthly bill-outs
Ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and processed on time
Maintain and update tracking documents and reports in Excel
Follow established processes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
Strong administrative experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to follow defined processes and meet recurring deadlines
