WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Packaging Systems Engineer will be passionate about designing Packaging Systems. This person will be conducting the hands-on design of various packaging systems within a manufacturing environment. You will be working with cross discipline teams to support the design, review and implementation of various packaging systems that receive finished goods from the manufacturing line.

• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the food and/or beverage industries, preferred.
• Background in packaging systems and delivery of projects in the food and/or beverage industries
• Machine Design Background, preferred.
• Understanding of feeding/starving and runout of pieces of equipment, and where/when to put in accumulation. Material flows/people flow etc.
• AutoCAD (2D, 3D CAD experience Inventor, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX).
• Understanding of multi-discipline (electrical, process, PC&IS knowledge)
• Great customer relationship skills/management experience.
• Preferably on-site, in plant, and startup experience
