Summary of duties:

• CEW (Copper Electric Wire): Employees apply enamel to copper wire for use in EV motors.
• CEW needs a very mechanically minded person who can infer instructions from watching the trainer.
• Will do most of your own machine maintenance.
• CEW area also needs people who are strong independent thinkers with great problem-solving abilities.
• Lastly, they must be ok with heights.
• All machine operators will drive a forklift. Company will train for this.

Pay Rate:

• First shift is $17.50, and 2nd/3rd shift is $19.25 (10% shift differential).
• For 12-hour shifts: 1st is 7a-7p, 2nd shift is 7p-7a.
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (48 hours)
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (36 hours)
