Product Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a Product Analyst for a leading fashion company in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Owner in managing the full product lifecycle
  • Define and document product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Stay informed on industry trends to guide the product roadmap
  • Identify product dependencies and cross-functional impacts
  • Serve as Product Owner proxy when needed
  • Coordinate and execute UAT with a customer-first mindset
  • Train internal teams on new features and updates
  • Manage third-party tools to enhance product capabilities
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
  • Prepare data and support the Development Team during builds
  • Address requirement questions and analyze support trends
  • Help maintain platform stability through on-call rotations and defect triage

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Agile user story and acceptance criteria skills
  • eCommerce/digital experience (retail preferred)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes
