We do our best to make auto repair an easy source of income. So let's cut to the chase... We have a high volume customer base, and "we pay well". There is no limit, and it pays much better than a flat rate.
Here's an example. The average brake pad and rotor sale takes less than one hour and pays the tech $68 to $75. How many one-hour jobs like that can you finish in one day? Calipers, pads, and rotors per axle... that's $135 per hour. Or a catalytic converter at $72.
