Your Role on Our Team:

• Lead and oversee Lawn Maintenance Technicians in residential and commercial landscape maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Maintain grass, control weeds, prune plants, spring/fall cleanups and apply mulch to enhance property aesthetics.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Participate in snow removal operations as needed.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and up to quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lawn Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, pruners, and blowers.
• Ability to identify plant materials, pests, and landscape issues.
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up to 10 miles per day, and work in various weather conditions.
