Great Work Employment is seeking for a few meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join our dynamic team. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. This position requires thorough knowledge of quality assurance protocols and inspection techniques within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting systematic inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify defects or areas for improvement. You will work closely with production teams to implement quality control measures that enhance product reliability and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. By utilizing your keen eye for detail, you will help maintain our commitment to delivering products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. These opportunities are 1st & 2nd shift and in the Willowick/Richmond/Euclid/Cleveland, Ohio areas. Duties include:

• Perform routine inspections and testing of products at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document inspection results and prepare reports to communicate findings to team members and management.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Utilize Calipers, Gauges, Micrometers, with the ability to read blue prints is REQUIRED.
• Mentor new employees on quality standards and inspection processes.

Requirements include:

• Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment, such as calipers and gauges.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to relay quality findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
• Leadership skills a PLUS - As there are Lead Quality openings as well.
