Physician Assistant
We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant Cardiothoracic Surgery in Ohio .
Locum Tenens Physician Assistant Cardiothoracic Surgery
Position Type: Locum Tenens

Location: Ohio.
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: days/month; Friday afternoon through the following week and weekend (Sunday evening or Monday AM).
Start Date: TBD
End Date: TBD
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Setting: Hospital Inpatient
Responsibilities: Rounding, coordination of care, ordering/interpreting tests, writing prescriptions.
Required Procedures: None (Assist in surgery not required; retrieval of vascular tissues not required).
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Works directly with cardiovascular surgeon and care team
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: Weekend coverage required
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified PA-C REQUIRED
Ohio State License Preferred (will consider candidates able to obtain quickly)
ACLS REQUIRED
COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery experience preferred; Critical Care experience accepted NO new grads
