APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude to join our growing Business Development Center. As an integral part of our service team, this person will be responsible for scheduling service appointments and following up with customers who no-show or cancel, to re-schedule their appointment.

This position pays $14.00/hr plus a bonus. $34,000 - $35,000 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department
• Schedule all appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller's needs
• Coordinate customers' vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable
• Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
