Key Details:
Position: Quality Control Auditor
Shift: 12-hour day shifts 7am-7pm, with a 2/2/3 rotation
Compensation: based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Testing and Inspection:
Conduct rigorous quality testing on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, utilizing standard testing methods and equipment.
Inspect products meticulously for defects, deviations, and adherence to quality standards.

Record Keeping:
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and deviations from established standards.
Ensure that all records are well-organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Non-Passing Results Communication:
Promptly and accurately communicate any non-passing test results to production personnel, facilitating timely resolution of quality issues.
Collaborate with production teams to identify the root causes of non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.

System Management:
Guide non-passing production through the organization's hold system, effectively identifying and segregating non-compliant products.
Perform occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, as required for specific quality control tasks.
Showcase precise hand manipulation skills while handling delicate products and testing equipment.

Effective Communication:
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact confidently with a diverse range of team members, including production personnel, supervisors, and quality management.
Clearly articulate test results, quality concerns, and recommended corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
Accurate paperwork completion and maintenance of organized records.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet testing deadlines.
Keen attention to detail, conscientiousness, and a solid attendance record.
Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Precise hand manipulation abilities for delicate product and testing equipment handling.
Strong communication skills to confidently engage with diverse team members.
Able to read to read a tape measure.
