Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician
Job Summary
MAP Construction is hiring an HVAC technician to join our growing team serving Northeast Ohio. We're a residential and light commercial roofing and HVAC company that takes pride in quality work and treating our people right.
Responsibilities:
- Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Assisting on installs with support from our team as you get up to speed
- Working alongside experienced techs who want to see you grow
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills — you can think through a problem
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Someone who shows up, communicates, and takes pride in their work
