Year-Round Human Resources Intern

Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a year-round Human Resources (HR) Intern for its location in Columbus, Indiana.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Manager and HRBP with administrative tasks and a variety of projects to improve HR processes.
The main missions of the role are:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain employee records / profiles/ files updated (digitization and filing).
- Monitor and support the vacation control (ADP system / Tracker and Forms).
- Support on the Improvement ideas management: forms / continuous improvement ideas (II's) / KPI forms.
- Assist on training logistics, equipment, attendance lists for training sessions, and certificates.
- Monitor and support of temporary staff control / Auttend system.
- Support in events and engagement activities.
- Assist with hourly recruitment and the salary on-boarding program
- Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general information
- Participate in other Human Resources projects
- All other duties assigned
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles and concepts
- Previous experience in Human Resources will be a plus
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently & effectively
- Interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
