AIA Billing/ Accounts Receivable Support

• Prepare and submit AIA G702/G703 billing documents in accordance with customer contract terms.
• Work closely with sales, project managers, and customers to ensure all billing details are accurate and approved.
• Monitor project billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
• Track lien waivers, retainage, and change orders as related to AIA documents.
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer questions promptly.

• Assist in posting customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in collections as needed.
• Help maintain accurate customer account records and aging reports.
• Provide backup coverage for AR team during absences or peak times.

• Proved experience with AIA billing (G702/G703 forms) required.
• Knowledge of the construction or wholesale distribution industry preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in AR or related financial functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/ accounting software (E.g., Ecliplse, Quickbooks, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or construction supply environment.
• Familiarity with lien waivers, retainage tracking, and project billing cycles.
