Corporate Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a polished and service-focused Hospitality Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a high-profile legal services environment in Bay Village, OH. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with food service, banquet, restaurant, or conference setup experience who is ready to bring strong guest service skills into a corporate office setting. The Hospitality Specialist will play an important role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well-organized experience for attorneys, staff, clients, and guests. This position offers variety throughout the day, hands-on office support responsibilities, and the opportunity to build long-term stability in a professional legal workplace that values teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent service. Key Responsibilities - Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, events, social gatherings, catered meals, and refreshments.- Maintain, stock, organize, and clean kitchens, pantries, meeting rooms, and shared hospitality areas.
- Manage the hospitality calendar and help ensure rooms, food, beverages, and supplies are ready on time.
- Greet clients, guests, and internal professionals with a warm, polished, and service-oriented approach.
- Assist with general office support, including inventory tracking in Excel, mail distribution, and light clerical tasks.
- Support a clean, professional, and well-maintained office environment throughout the workday. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $20 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Set up conference rooms for meetings, events, catering, food service, and beverage service.- Maintain kitchens, pantries, meeting spaces, hospitality supplies, and office service areas.
- Coordinate hospitality schedules, guest needs, inventory tracking, and basic office support tasks.
- Represent the office professionally when interacting with clients, guests, attorneys, and staff. - 1 to 2 years of relevant hospitality experience required.
- Previous food industry experience required, such as restaurant work, banquet serving, conference room setup, food ordering, catering support, or similar service experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional email etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with corporate professionals.
- Polished, well-groomed appearance with the ability to follow a business professional dress code.
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, move tables and chairs, and lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and a client-service mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience supporting hospitality, catering, conference services, or office services in a law firm, corporate office, professional services firm, hotel, or event environment.
- Experience managing hospitality calendars, coordinating meeting room needs, or tracking inventory and supplies.
- Comfort working in a high-profile, client-facing professional setting.
