Now hiring Converting Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Solon.

Shift times will be discussed during the interview.

Weekly pay ranging between $15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate all production equipment to manufacture materials within job specifications.
• Perform quality checks and examine product for defects (cuts, folds, alignment, and performance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Unload and load materials by hand or with the Jib Crane; handle and box finished rolls.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding finished work-order, job change, machine issues, quality issues etc.
• Accurately report production numbers to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
• Willingness to train on jib crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
