Office Manager (Law Firm) - Cleveland, OH
The law offices of Marshall Dennehey is seeking a full-time Office Manager to supervise clerical staff and perform day-to-day administration operations for the firm's Cleveland, OH office. Office has 8 attorneys and 11 support staff.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitors workflow and various miscellaneous duties involved in overall daily operation of the office.
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and applicable laws. Among other duties, responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training support staff; implement firm policies with the support of the Human Resources Department; also to include conducting hiring, corrective action, termination, performance assessments and other management activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, decision making and organizational skills a must.
- Must be able to perform legal secretarial duties, if needed.
- Previous experience in law firm office management required.
Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
The posted salary range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
