Seasonal Bakers
Ghostlight Coffee / DOUGH a bakery in Dayton, OH is looking for three to four seasonal bakers to join our 43 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Timeframe
- Late October through mid-December Pie Crust Prep - MONDAY AND TUESDAY AFTERNOONS
- Full Time Holiday Weeks (a mix of shifts will be available)
11/17-11/23 Thanksgiving Sale
12/14-12/17 Hanukkah Sale
12/18-12/23 Christmas Sale
Responsibilities
- Mix and form pie crusts
- Mix cookie dough
- Prepare pie fillings
- Fill and bake pies and other baked goods
- Package and label pies and other baked goods
- Clean bakery and equipment after each use
Qualifications
- Previous baking experience a must (either professionally or amateur)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team towards a common set of goals
- Calmly work with a sense of urgency to meet team deadlines
