Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role is ideal for someone organized, personable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling and appointments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Support daily office operations as needed
