Perm - Physician Assistant (PA) - Urology
Role Overview:
- Provider Type: Physician Assistant (PA)
- Setting: Primarily outpatient clinical care with occasional inpatient rounding; no call responsibilities.
- Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day.
- Clinical Duties: Evaluation and management of new/established patients, pre- and post-operative assessments, patient education, and procedural prep.
- Technology: Cerner / Oracle Health EMR and AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
- Incentives: Productivity-based bonuses and additional stipend opportunities.
- Schedule: Full-time with a flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek; no call.
- Organization: Nonprofit 501(c)(3) (PSLF eligible) with Mayo Clinic Care Network access and da Vinci® robotic surgery capabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum experience in Urology or Gynecology is required (not accepting new graduates).
- Certification: Board Certified (NCCPA).
- Licensure: Active Ohio license (or willing to obtain) and DEA (required prior to start).
- Status: Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (visa candidates not accepted); locum tenens not accepted.

- Clean malpractice and license history.
- Current NPDB Self Query Report (within the last 30 days) required at the time of presentation.
- Statement of interest regarding the organization and confirmation of no prior direct applications to the role.
