Permanent Nursing-RN, ICU
Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where you will provide life-saving care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients‘ conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs.
- Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses.
- Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
Work Environment:
- The role is based in hospital ICUs where RNs work closely with critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support.
- This position demands quick decision-making skills and composure under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting focused on critical care.
