Responsibilities As a key driver of our market expansion, a typical day in this role will involve:
- Spearheading channel expansion initiatives across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise facilities to maximize market penetration.
- Cultivating and nurturing strategic alliances with key decision-makers and high-level industry stakeholders.
- Evaluating market dynamics to uncover capability gaps and effectively position our solutions against competitor offerings.
- Aligning complex client requirements with our innovative product portfolio to generate new revenue streams and solution expansions.
- Collaborating closely with internal sales teams to formulate channel strategies, build robust pipelines, and accelerate deal closures.
- Delivering actionable market insights to leadership to influence future product development, investments, and commercial go-to-market strategies.
- Serving as the primary brand ambassador at major industry conferences and partner summits.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated sales or business development experience specifically within the US data center HVAC market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data center architectures, complex procurement cycles, and channel partnership structures.
- Demonstrated success and a proven track record of expanding market share through strategic alliances and partner development.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Pre-existing network of executive contacts within major colocation and hyperscale providers.
- A background in mechanical engineering or technical understanding of advanced thermal management systems.
