Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
- Process, verify, and code invoices/vouchers
- Average 50 invoices per week
- Cut checks for two additional areas, including:
- Grants: ~20 checks per week
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing
- Work closely with Accounting Leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support month-end close
