Partner - Business Development Manager
Job Overview
The Partner Business Development Manager at iCIMS is responsible for building, launching, and scaling strategic marketplace partnerships that expand the ICIMS partner ecosystem. This role will build on the ICIMS portfolio of marketplace partners and will manage the partnership lifecycle from evaluation and onboarding through integration launch and initial adoption.
This position carries direct revenue accountability to pipeline and revenue. The role operates at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships and requires a strong blend of analytical skills, sales and/or business development acumen, and go-to-market coordination.

Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy and Execution

Build, launch, and scale strategic marketplace partnership programs that expand the ICIMS partner ecosyste

Serve as the primary point of contact to source, launch, and scale technology partnerships that expand the ICIMS technology partner ecosystem and drive customer value

Negotiate contracts with initial program partners with the goal of creating repeatable commercial terms that can scale

Gather feedback from negotiations and adjust commercial approach where necessary

Demonstrate the value of ICIMS technology, integration capabilities, and partner programs to prospect partners

Develop and maintain communication strategies with key partner contacts to support project timelines and initial customer adoption
Partner Management

Manage the end to end partnership lifecycle while working cross-functionally within ICIMS to support initial partner evaluation, contract negotiation, onboarding, launch, and adoption

Support integration adoption by ensuring partners understand product capabilities and by surfacing customer/partner feedback to inform roadmap improvements during initial launch

Develop and lead regular partner business review process focused on partner pipeline and revenue performance customer adoption, and growth opportunities during initial launch

Responsible for partner management and adoption for select strategic partnerships
Partnership Performance Analysis

Develop initial reporting, track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and integration adoption.

Make data-driven recommendations and drive adoption tactics to increase adoption.

Share insights, risks, and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to deliver cohesive partnership execution with a focus on scalability

Collaborate with Marketing to support co-marketing initiatives, marketplace positioning, partner listings, and launch plans

Collaborate with cross-functional Customer teams including Customer Success and Professional Services to create and deploy strategies to increase adoption
Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or SaaS sales

Ability to identify, prioritize, and launch partnerships that expand a partner ecosystem and drive customer value

Strong experience working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional groups while influencing without direct authority.

Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals

Demonstrated success exceeding sales or revenue targets

Experience using performance metrics, insights, and customer and partner feedback to refine GTM tactics and accelerate adoption outcomes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred

Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications

Awareness of common integration methodologies

Hands-on experience with co-sell programs, partner marketplaces, or ISV ecosystems

Demonstrated ability to standardize repeatable approaches (commercial terms, onboarding motions, performance tracking) so partnerships scale efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
