- As a Sales Associate, you must be an energetic and goal-oriented team player who is committed to providing excellence in customer service. You must be a good people person with strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills. We are looking for driven individuals who are set on closing the deal! You must have a strong desire to make a customer walk away happy and feel COMPLETELY satisfied. You must be able to easily converse with customers, develop strong relationships, handle various lead responses and follow through with closing deals.
- As a Sales Associate, you will approach, greet, and help customers who enter the dealership showroom or lot. Your focus will be to satisfy the vehicle needs of customers, assisting them in making the right choice for their lifestyles and needs. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customers.
- The Sales Associate understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing competitive models; inspecting vehicles and many more items. As a Sales Associate you will help develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- A Sales Associate helps to qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests. The Sales Associate will then work to match those requirements and interests to the appropriate model which helps build customer rapport.
- A Sales Associate will demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, taking test drives and explaining applicable warranties and services.
- A Sales Associate closes the sale of the vehicle by overcoming objections, asking for the customer’s commitment to the sale, negotiating the price when applicable and completing the required or necessary paperwork. The Sales Associate will also explain provisions such as warranties, services, financing options, collecting payment, and finally delivering the newly purchased vehicle A Sales Associate must meet or exceed the goals set by management and themselves.
- The Sales Associate would be preferred to have previous or current Premium luxury vehicle sales experience, a steady work history, a strong desire to succeed, basic computer knowledge with internet proficiency, a neat, clean, and professional appearance along with a friendly, outgoing and willing-to-please attitude.
- A Sales Associate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills. A Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must. We are a Drug-Free Workplace and mandatory pre-employment will be required.
