Heart2Heart HHC Inc. is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our dedicated team in Dayton, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support client progress and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Engage with clients in crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
- Advocate for clients needs and connect them with community resources.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as a mental health professional.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
