Overview
Join our dynamic team in Macedonia, OH, as an Entry-Level Plastics Production Associate! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the manufacturing industry. Our facility is dedicated to producing high-quality plastic products, and we are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. These are 12hr shifts only working 3-4 days a week unless working overtime. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a desire to be part of a collaborative team, we want to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation of machinery used in the production of plastic products.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Visual inspection and packaging
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
You should be proficient in:
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Injection Molding Experience
