Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 04:30am to 03:00pm )

• Inspect, stage, and prepare raw materials for daily production operations
• Read blueprints, production specifications, recipes, and water charts accurately
• Assemble, repair, and finish production forms using hand and power tools
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the facility

Production Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail required
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or forklift experience is preferred but not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
