Registered Nurse (RN) – Physician Office

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Contract: 9 Weeks

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a physician office setting in Cincinnati, OH. The RN will provide patient care, assist physicians, manage patient follow-ups, and support daily clinic operations in an outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document medical information in EMR
• Take vital signs, weight, and patient history
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Administer IM and SQ injections
• Handle patient phone triage and clinical questions
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and physician orders
• Educate patients on medications and treatment plans
• Process insurance authorizations and paperwork
• Maintain clinical equipment and emergency readiness
• Support overall office and nursing operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing required
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• BLS Certification (AHA) required
• Experience in outpatient or physician office nursing
• Experience with IM/SQ injections
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using EKG, BP monitors, treadmill, and defibrillator equipment

Preferred

• BSN preferred
• 3+ years of RN experience preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Diabetes management experience preferred
