What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Present and educate homeowners on premium flooring solutions 

• Identify needs and deliver personalized, five-star shop-at-home experiences 

• Achieve a 50%+ close rate while helping customers feel confident in their decisions 

• Participate in ongoing sales training and receive personalized coaching to sharpen your skills
