Associate Dentist - High-Volume Practice

About the Role

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Franklin, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a high-volume setting while working with a diverse patient population.

The position is well-suited for a provider who is comfortable with a steady schedule, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Perform a range of procedures including restorations, extractions, crowns, dentures, and endodontic treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work closely with dental assistants and front office staff to support patient flow
• Follow all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Ohio dental license in good standing
• DEA license and current malpractice coverage
• Experience with general dentistry procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Medicaid patient populations
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software
• Ability to manage a consistent daily patient schedule

Work Environment

This is a high-volume dental office where providers typically see multiple patients per day. The role requires strong time management, clinical efficiency, and effective communication with both patients and staff.
