**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points at the retail location.
+ Provide customer service by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the store and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Report any suspicious persons, activities, or objects to management and/or law enforcement as instructed.
+ Document incidents, observations, and daily activities following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed while communicating with other team members and clients.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
