What You’ll Do:

• Manage and reconcile high-volume accounts receivable transactions.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in contract roles or transitioning to permanent positions is a plus.

Schedule & Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Contract-to-hire with potential for long-term placement
• On-site near Bedford, OH

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
