Responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity

• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement operational strategies

• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks based on project requirements

• Resolve conflicts, address issues, and implement solutions promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Prepare reports and present progress updates to senior leadership

Qualifications
