Now Hiring: Production Supervisor
Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations. In this role, youll be responsible for meeting production goals, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will oversee team performance, streamline workflow, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, managing materials and inventory, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift:
Second Shift: 5:00 PM 1:30 AM, overtime when needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily production floor operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
-Supervise and support production staff, monitoring performance and ensuring effective teamwork.
-Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
-Implement and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
-Support inventory control and material handling activities in collaboration with relevant departments.
-Enforce and uphold all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

Job Requirements:
-Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
-Must be able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
-Must be organized and detail-oriented.
-Must have prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
-Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems) preferred.
-Ability to work flexible hours or shifts, if required.
-High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training is a plus.
