$55,000-$60,000 per year + yearly bonus

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm

Pickerington, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the sales team by preparing accurate quotes for bids and projects
• Confirm appropriate factory partners for each project and identify alternative suppliers when needed
• Create detailed lists of items requiring factory quotes and manage quote timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Build completed quotes for sales teams to submit to dealers
• Review dealer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with factory quotes
• Submit purchase orders to factories and coordinate confirmation of acceptance
• Provide dealers with updates on equipment shipment timelines and project progress
• Address equipment concerns or issues from dealers by coordinating with factories to find timely resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of business-to-business customer support experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and providing excellent support to customers and internal teams
