Subway General Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Subway 9014. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding Subway's high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Create employee schedules and assign duties
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
