Converse Electric, a third-generation family-owned electrical contracting company, is hiring a Project Executive to oversee our project management team and ensure every project we take on meets the highest standards of quality, integrity, and client care.

You'll play a pivotal leadership role-managing key client relationships, mentoring our project managers, and ensuring that we deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations. If you're passionate about building teams, building relationships, and building success-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of project managers on commercial and industrial projects
Act as a strategic advisor and liaison to clients, vendors, and field teams
Oversee project planning, execution, and financial performance
Ensure safety compliance and timely, accurate documentation
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence

Who You Are:

10+ years of construction management experience
5+ years of field work experience (electrical background preferred)
Familiar with NEC, job costing, ERP systems, and industry best practices
Skilled in leadership, coaching, and clear communication
Business-savvy and customer-focused with a drive for results
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
