Outside Sales Representative - B2B Energy Sales
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives to represent Constellation Energy , a leading energy supplier.
This is a face-to-face B2B sales role offering base salary plus uncapped commission , with top performers earning $100k+ annually . Constellation’s goal is to empower businesses to make informed smart energy decisions that best meet their needs and budget. Outside Sales Representative Role As an Outside Sales Representative , you will meet directly with business owners and decision makers to present solutions that improve their operations. This is a territory-based B2B sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses within your territory
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
- Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients
- Close new customer agreements
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k+
- 10 Paid Holidays

- Have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, or business development

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
- Typical schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend opportunities available depending on territory
