Sr Compliance Officer - UDAAP

The Sr Compliance Officer has responsibility for executing of testing and continuous monitoring to evaluate Key's UDAAP compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional monitoring activities may include but not limited to leading data integrity testing, leading review and challenge of procedures, developing training, training program content, reporting results including to Line of business, etc. This position will utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze, quantify, and/or assess UDAAP risks and to evaluate controls to identify potential weaknesses and/or control gaps. This position will also lead monitoring and recommend improvements to business processes, which are necessary to meet regulatory changes and further mitigate UDAAP compliance risk exposure to Key. This position will develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all lines of defense.
Moreover, partnering with the LOB while balancing the fiduciary oversight role are important to the Bank and, in certain situations, requires approval or denial on high-risk initiatives, products, third parties and clients. This role is expected to promote an organizational culture that encourages acknowledgement and recognition of compliance risks and places a high priority on risk management.
Essential Functions

- Assistwith coordinationin the development ofa bank-wide approach toUDAAP risk management,which focuses onidentifying, measuring, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting ofUDAAPrelated risks. - Assist withSecond Line of Defense "review and challenge" activities and escalation, employing independent testing, asappropriate.- Executetesting and continuous monitoring to evaluate Key'sUDAAPcompliance with regulatory requirements including.- Deliver testing results within establishedtimeframesandidentifyopportunities,establishaction plans, and drive solutions to continuously improve compliance program, and increase efficiency- Additionalmonitoring activities may include but not limited to data integrity testing,assistingwith the review and challenge of procedures,developing training,training program content, reporting resultsincluding toLine of business, etc. - Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze, quantify, and/or assessUDAAPrisks and to evaluate controls toidentifypotential weaknesses and/or control gaps-Monitorand recommend improvements to business processes, which are necessary to meet regulatory changes and further mitigateUDAAPcompliance risk exposure to Key. - Assistwith supportingthe LOB onUDAAP-related regulatory exam and internal audit activities- Clearly document and communicate the results or conclusions from anyUDAAPtesting and monitoring performed and provide heightened awareness around significant risks and proactive identification, escalation, and remediation of control weaknesses or gap- Develop andmaintainstrong, collaborative relationships with mid to senior level management, other internal clients and peers, and Audit- Assist withad hoc tasksasrequiredto ensure teamobjectivesare achieved, evenwhereoutside usual area of responsibility- Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice- Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree , or an advanced degree (preferred)

Minimum 3 years ofUDAAPCompliance experience with strong knowledge of applicable regulations, and a strong focus on risks and controls.

CRCM certification (preferred)\

Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance testing and monitoring processes (including analytics), and applicable techniques for implementation of regulatory compliance requirements and compliance processes.

Demonstratedskill in effectively communicating (verbal and written) results to a diverse audience; ability to work with all levels of management with a focus on collaboration and relationship management.- Ability to work closely with a diverse/cross-functional group and ability to work well in a team environment to achieve results ?

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
