Bookkeeper
Join an established landscape company as a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant and become a valued member of a dedicated team. The role involves a blend of bookkeeping and office administration, supporting both internal operations and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation
- Assist with general office administration, such as organizing documents and maintaining records
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide information
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for correspondence, scheduling, and reporting
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
