OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between all company departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting callers and greeting office visitors.
- Support team leaders and management with questions related to company software, computers, and mobile devices, and coordinate with IT as needed.
- Respond to social media correspondence and assist in qualifying sales leads before handoff to the sales team.
- Process invoices, expenses, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including generating and applying payments to accounts receivable.
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting.
- Coordinate company events and help maintain a positive company culture.
- Update and maintain employee information, address questions and concerns, and assist with training schedules and certifications.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the office area organized.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain filing systems and records retention.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, and termination paperwork.
- Run occasional errands such as bank deposits and post office visits.
- Other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in person and digitally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks; ability to learn new software platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to upholding company values of integrity, respect, and customer care.
- Dependable with a strong record of regular attendance.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and perform standard office physical tasks.
